Most items are dispatched the  day following your order being placed, unless stated otherwise on the product page(there are no Saturday and Sunday dispatches). Some stock items are dispatched directly from the manufacturer and can take a couple of days longer to reach the customer. If for any reason we expect there to be a delay beyond these timescales we will contact you to advise.

UK deliveries normally approximately to 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri). If you live in a remote location, please allow extra time for delivery.

Please allow an extra 7-10 days for some items ( please contact us for further information)

There may by delays in delivery during Bank Holiday Weekends, the Christmas and New Year period with certain items, please e-mail us for clarification.

Delivery times for overseas orders will vary depending on location.

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for all UK and overseas deliveries.

VAT Discount

Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 20% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details.

Christmas Gift Returns

Christmas gifts, bought in November and December 2016, are eligible for an exchange or refund up to the 11th of January 2017

Goods must have been received by us by this date.

 

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Harrisonbrands for a full refund. You must contact us as soon as possible, via email or telephone, clearly stating your order number & your reason(s) for wanting to cancel your order. This only applies to orders that have not yet been dispatched. If, however, your order has already dispatched, you will need to return your order to us, following our Returns Policy below. Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are not included in this.


Returning items for a refund

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) back to us. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with all tags, labels & packaging. If this is adhered to, we will issue a refund for your item(s) upon receipt. If this is not adhered to the returned item cannot be resold and will be given to charity.

Refund processing times may vary, so please allow approximately  7 to 14 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Harrisonbrands does not subsidize the cost of returning items. Any postage costs incurred by Harrison Brands will be deducted during the refund process.

It is advised that you return your items using a recorded delivery service.


Returning items for an exchange

If you require an exchange for any items purchased, you have 14 days to return these items back to us. You must enclose a note to us, detailing the items being returned & which items you would like as replacement. Harrisonbrands does not subsidize the cost of returning items & advise that you return your items using a recorded delivery service.


Returning faulty items

If you wish to return a faulty item please contact our customer care team explaining the fault with the item, your name and your order reference. Please state if you require a repair, exchange or refund. Please note refunds can only be issued once the manufacturer has verified the fault. Under no circumstances must a product been used when damaged, as you will have deemed to accepted it in it’s damaged condition.


If you receive an incorrect item

If you have received an incorrect item, please e-mail Customer Care, quoting your order number, name, any product codes you may have & whether you require a refund or a replacement. Our Customer Care team will then advise on how to proceed with the return of your item. Upon receipt of your goods we will then process a refund or exchange. Please note that, until we are in receipt of your items, they are your responsibility. Harrisonbrands advises that you return your items using a recorded delivery service. If an item is proven to be incorrect, we will reimburse any returns costs that you incur.


Product condition upon return

Please do not remove any tags or labels when trying on any items of clothing. Please make sure that you are not wearing any make-up which could mark or damage any items of clothing. Please also make sure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on any items of clothing. Footwear should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. Where applicable any designer related packaging, such as authenticity cards, dust bags & leather tags should also be returned with any items. If this is not adhered to the returned item cannot be resold and will be given to charity.

The customer retains ownership of returned items until the items are received by Harrison Brands

Please note that we will be unable to accept any items back to us for a refund or exchange where these instructions have not been followed. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
